The Toolbox
The toolbox is a collection of different molecular biology tools designed to help biologists work with lab equipment more easily.
The toolbox is based around a simple set of libraries that allow for quick production of new tools.
On the browser side the elements are drawn using d3.js which makes manipulating data structures and formatting them easy as everything is SVG or HTML
The tools are currently being used in GeneMill and the CGR, GeneMill's sequencing focused sister.
